Home Health Association focuses on the special issues, needs and
concerns affecting a hospital home health program's
ability to provide home health care services in their community.
The association serves hospital-based home health programs of all
sizes in both rural and urban settings.

The purpose of the Texas Hospital Home Health Association is to
address the special issues, needs, and concerns affecting a hospital

health agencies in the State of Texas. Their website is designed
to give providers access to information they need to comply with
state and federal laws and regulations.
TMF
Health Quality Institute is the Medicare approved Quality
Improvement Organization (QIO) for the State of Texas. Their website
gives information on quality improvement and data reporting efforts
established by CMS.
