Remote Monitoring and Management System – N-Central
TORCH has partnered with Solarwinds to provide the N-Central Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution to our members at a reduced rate. The Solarwinds N-Central product is a mature and popular solution in the Managed Services Provider market for providing the monitoring and remote management solution our hospitals need in order to support and protect their IT infrastructure. It allows organizations to identify and fix any issue with any end-point from anywhere from a single dashboard without interrupting the user. It is a proactive approach with automated checks and notifications, coupled with advanced preventative maintenance, so users know about problems in their networks early and can fix them quickly. The technology is integrated with best-of-class solutions for 24x7x365 network monitoring

• Patch Management – Ensures all of your Windows servers, PCs and other vital network devices have the most up-to-date security and system patches → help functions optimally, improves reliability and minimizes security risks; preventative maintenance can be scheduled for deployment, automatically, with confirmation of success or failure; automate updating and reporting on Microsoft and third-party software critical and security patches.
• Remote Monitoring – Monitors systems, servers and infrastructure for availability and performance, with controlled

• Reporting – All data and metadata collected by the system is stored and can be reported on for detailed informatics. Executive Summary shows availability and resource usage, as well as patch and AV status for a period of time. Examples of other reports include: device inventory, pricing, antivirus protection, backup integrity, user audits, hardware and software checkups, and more
