TORCH Foundation Lindsey Horton Memorial Annual Golf Tournament: Calling all golfers and golf cart drivers! Join us Monday, August 24 for the Annual TORCH Foundation Lindsey Horton Memorial Annual Golf Tournament. 100% of the funds raised goes to provide scholarships to students statewide seeking a degree in the healthcare field. If you are a hospital or clinic attendee wanting to play golf, please click here. If you are a vendor or sponsors wanting to play golf and/or sponsor the event, please click here. Teams of four will be formed and will include a mix of hospital/clinic attendees and vendors/sponsors. Not only will the fellowship be great, but we will feed you well and promise an overall good time, while keeping Lindsey's legacy alive.
Additional Attendee Registration (Vendors Only): All booth purchases and sponsorships come with complimentary attendee registration(s) depending on which package or sponsorship you select. Please use this form to register both your complimentary attendees and any additional attendees you want to register for the show. There is no limit on the number of additional attendees that can attend once your company is registered. As a reminder, TORCH does NOT allow booth sharing.
Hotel Information: Please click here to reserve your room. The room rate is $179/double queens, plus a $5 resort fee.
Vendor/Booth Electrical Order Form: If you need to order electricity or any other supplies for your booth, please complete this form. You will work directly with the hotel for your purchases. If you purchased a booth package that comes with electricity, you do not need to complete this form. TORCH will handle the electrical purchase on your behalf.
Vendor/Booth Shipping Instructions: Please click here for shipping label and instructions. Please note anything that arrives three (3) or more days prior to the conference will have a storage fee; this adds up quickly per box/per day.
