TORCH Fall Conference
September 8-11, 2025 | Onsite Event Hyatt Regency Austin Austin, TX The Critical Access Hospital Symposium will start at noon on Monday, September 8 and will conclude at noon on Tuesday, September 9. The TORCH/TARCH conference will start at 1pm on Tuesday, September 9 and conclude at noon on Thursday, September 11. One registration fee covers both events. NOTE: Currently only available to Endorsed Partners, so link is disabled. Exhibitor/Booth Registration: Please click here to secure your booth for the tradeshow. NOTE: Currently only open to Endorsed Partners so link is disabled. There will be a limited number of booths available for the fall show. This is intentional and to allow more networking and relationship building with the hospitals you connected with at our spring event. Please be on the lookout for email communications for when registration opens up for Corporate Members (June 2) and Non-Members (June 15). General Sponsorship & Non-Exhibiting Sponsor Form: Please click here to access the general sponsorship form. Exhibitor/Sponsor Additional Attendee: Please click here to sign up your complimentary attendees available with your booth package and to purchase additional attendee passes. You can also use this link to register for the offsite fundraising events. You must be a registered Exhibitor or Sponsor to attend the show. You will work directly with the hotel to purchase the items you need. If you have purchased a package that includes AV, there is nothing for you to complete; TORCH will handle that for you. Speaker Submissions: If you are interested in a speaking slot for the fall conference, please submit the following: -Session title, description, learning objectives, speaker & speaker bio to Carrie Ruiz. Please note in the subject line: Speaker submission for Fall Conference. -You will also need to identify which track you are interested in speaking in: Leadership, RHC, Clinical, Financial/Operational or Information Technology Deadline for speaker submissions is May 31, 2025. |
